Key Responsibilities Deliver individualised occupational therapy services to home care clients. Conduct assessments, respond to referrals, and develop tailored therapy programs. Work closely with Therapy Assistants and the broader allied health team. Collaborate with families, carers, and support networks to promote independence and wellbeing. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with WA aged care standards. Contribute to continuous improvement and implement evidence-based, person-centred therapy. About You Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist. Experience in home care, community therapy, or aged care highly regarded. Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to client needs. Customer-focused, with the ability to work effectively across a broad range of stakeholders. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
